Healthcare is important for everyone. People have to travel to the doctor to get a checkup , prescription etc. Some people can’t get go to the doctor because of movement issues, or can’t afford transportation. This is where virtual care comes in. We have virtual care in Toronto and Brampton. You can video chat with your doctor about your issues or any questions. In addition, you can use any device to video chat with your doctor.
Virtual Care is like having a doctor’s appointment, but not in person. It is easier for both the doctor and you. In that case, the doctor doesn’t have to wait for you to come in his/her office. Also, you don’t have to waste your time to wait in the waiting room for your appointment. Either location for virtual care in Toronto and Brampton West is good.

Make sure you have your WiFi working, a mic , a good webcam. Keep your health card with you , but also have your OHIP or payment card on hand and your history of medication .
You will be asked to do a Medical Intake Survey about your medical history from text message from us. It is for the doctor to look it at for your appointment
Anyone living in Ontario with a valid OHIP card can book an appointment with Vital Urgent Care. Make sure to add your OHIP card number to your account to get coverage.
Make sure what time and day your appointment is. Be on time to check in from the email or text you were sent.
Ask your doctor whatever you need. It will be like talking to your doctor in person. Take some notes in case of important information that the doctor say
Any Canadians who are over 16 are eligibility for Virtual Care, but you need to meet conditions and services that meet it. Our virutal care doctors may still ask you to come in person to make sure you are safe and for your quality of health and care.

You can get a prescription from the doctor through Virtual Care. It will get faxed to your pharmacy of your choice.
No not every condition can be seen via Virtual Care. There are a number of conditions that you cannot be seen because of it can be internal, need to checked in person etc. , which cannot not be checked by virtual care.
You have to go to your account and cancel the appointment. You cannot call us to cancel the appointment.
