Anyone living in Ontario with a valid OHIP card can book an appointment with Vital Urgent Care. Make sure to add your OHIP card number to your account to get coverage.

Any Canadians who are over 16 are eligibility for Virtual Care, but you need to meet conditions and services that meet it. Our virutal care doctors may still ask you to come in person to make sure you are safe and for your quality of health and care.

Do I have to pay for my Virtual Care Appointment?
Virtual Care is covered BY the OHIP. This is for all Ontario citizens with a valid OHIP health card.
It is thorough the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN).
If you don't have
Can I Get a Prescription?
You can get a prescription from the doctor through Virtual Care. It will get faxed to your pharmacy of your choice.
Can Any Condition Be Seen via Virtual Care?
No not every condition can be seen via Virtual Care. There are a number of conditions that you cannot be seen because of it can be internal, need to checked in person etc. , which cannot not be checked by virtual care.
How Can I Cancel My Appointment?
You have to go to your account and cancel the appointment. You cannot call us to cancel the appointment.
